Narinder Singh
With two office locations across Melbourne, Singh Consulting provide a comprehensive building surveying and certification service on a National basis, registered and practicing throughout Australia.
With years of experience and expert knowledge in the building surveying profession, our team specialises in the regulatory review and approval of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and residential development projects. Our team approaches each project with dedication and passion. With a high attention to detail and a focus on quality, the result is successful projects delivered in accordance with relevant Building Regulations and the Building Code of Australia.
Originally born in Northern India, Narinder has called Melbourne home for over 35 years.
His working career began over 25 years ago whilst completing a carpentry apprenticeship in his family’s construction business. He followed on with his love of buildings and architecture by obtaining formal qualifications in building engineering and has continued to forge a reputable career at the forefront of the building and construction industry ever since. Now a fully registered building surveyor and private certifier in several States across Australia, his name has become synonymous in providing sound regulatory services whilst providing a personal touch on each of the projects he is responsible for.
A family man at heart, Narinder enjoys spending his recreational time with loved ones and enjoying the great outdoors.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Mohamed (aka ‘Mo’) enjoys spending time with his friends and family and going to the footy to watch his mighty Blues.
Having completed his studies in Bachelor of Technology – Building Surveying and Graduate Certificate – Performance Based Building and Fire Codes, Mohamed has worked on some of Australia’s largest projects. Over 10 years of experience as a consultant building surveyor led Mohamed to join the team at Singh Consulting in 2012, bringing with him extensive knowledge of the building industry. With exceptional skills in client management, Mohamed is well known for his courteous and reliable manner to ensure client focused outcomes are achieved.
A love for all things nature and travel, Mohamed spends much of his down time going for a bush retreat or heading out to the bay.
Having successfully worked on billions of dollars' worth of high profile construction developments across Australia, Singh Consulting continues to cement itself as industry leaders in the building surveying profession.
Our projects range from multi-storey residential apartment towers, state of the art healthcare and education facilities, commercial offices, retail centres and industrial facilities bigger than the MCG.
Singh Consulting are currently practicing as fully registered building surveyors and private certifiers across Australia and are proud to be registered with the following industry organizations.
